Paymon's Fresh Kitchen

I've been to Paymon's before. It is a consistently great place to eat. I brought a friend here for her first time. She was impressed and thoroughly enjoyed her gyro platter.

We used to go to the original Paymons on Maryland for years. We then started going to the Eastern/215 location for years. We were so sad to watch both locations close. This past weekend we decided to make the drive across town specifically to enjoy the food we had eaten for decades. It was a pleasant surprise to see that not only was the atmosphere as enjoyable and relaxing as we recalled, but the food was still absolutely perfect!!

Great atmosphere, great food, took a little longer than expected to place our order. However, due to it being popular, the staff were very busy so not really an issue. Highly recommend!!!! Pic is of their salmon which was phenomenal.

This place is incredible. We came here on a Friday night and there was live music. The lighting and ambience is fantastic. The food is amazing. Portion sizes are great. Honestly one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas as a local. Will definitely be back. Come through, you won’t be disappointed

Great hookah - we went twice during our last visit to Vegas bc it was made so well! Nice tea selection if you don't drink. Staff was attentive & helpful.

I do highly you give this place a try. Whether or not you are into hookah! We solely went for the food and I couldn't be happier Lentil Soup 10000/10 Combination appetizer platter 10/10 - both hummus were our favorites , but we also enjoyed the falafel, athen fries and stuffed grape leaves (favorite sauce was the fry sauce!!) Trio Skewer Entree 9/10 I mean look at that portion ! But more importantly all the meats were tasty Moussaka 8/10 my partner enjoyed Baklava 9/10 so gooood ! Not sure what the coffee was but it's an acquired taste lol Also tried the lychee martini and iced tea, enjoyed both Service was awesome, Pepe was great and very attentive! Atmosphere was calm and chill when we were there.

Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen is next level—from the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was absolutely perfect. Let’s start with the owner, Paymon. This guy is the real deal. Not only does he run an incredible restaurant, but he also makes you feel like family the second you walk in. He even hooked us up with some of his awesome T-shirts—talk about hospitality! Now, the food? Unreal. This is hands-down the best Mediterranean cuisine I’ve ever had. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The gyro? Insane. The hummus? Mind-blowing. And don’t even get me started on the saffron chicken—pure magic. The menu has something for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options, and the quality is unmatched. The service was just as amazing as the food. The staff is beyond friendly, super attentive, and they make sure you’re having the best experience possible. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, which is so rare these days. The vibe here is perfect, too—relaxed, welcoming, and just the right amount of upscale without being pretentious.
